Under the umbrella of CBE, EBC participates in Cairo ICT 2023

Under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the 27th edition of the International Technology Exhibition and Conference for the Middle East and Africa “Cairo ICT 2023”, kicked off on Sunday November 19, 2023, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo. H.E. Egypt’s Prime Minister inaugurated Cairo ICT this morning at the presence of Ministers of Health, Higher Education, Justice, and Communications and Information Technology, in addition to prominent leaders of global and regional technology and For the tenth year in a row, the Central Bank of Egypt sponsored the PAFIX exhibition and conference on electronic payments and financial inclusion, where it hosts seminars showcasing the latest developments in digital banking, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing. In the exhibition, the CBE’s pavilion themed “Digitization with Impact” hosted prominent visitors who were received by senior officials of the CBE. Egyptian Banks Company, the technological arm of the CBE was honored to be amongst the exhibitors of ICT under the umbrella of the Central Bank of Egypt, showcasing the new features of the ultimate app “InstaPay” which has seen wide interest by the visitors, who had the chance to explore the new use cases, discover the real convenience while being entertained with interactive smart games.
